When our Border Collie suddenly passed from an illness in the middle of the night at the emergency vet, we were not only shocked and devastated, but didn't know what to do. We immediately called Ed at The Pet Memorial Center, who quickly responded to us, regardless of the time of night. Not only did he ease our concerns over the phone, but he promptly came by our home the next morning to pick Hannah up, even though it was a holiday. He made it possible for us to give her the respectful and dignified final arrangements she so deserved. We are forever grateful for Ed's professional, kind and prompt ways. He helped make a very difficult time more comfortable and bearable.
