I am grateful for the valuable service provided by the Pet Memorial Center of Rochester. Ed Rusnak was supportive and compassionate with the loss of our cat Patches last year and Lucy this year, both from cancer. Although these were two very sad times, it was comforting to know that Ed was there for us.
